Schedule:
Days:
Tuesday- Wednesday Available shifts: 4:00 AM
- 12:30 PM or 6:00 AM
- 2:30
PM Employment:
Full-time with benefits Applicants must be able to reliably report to work for their scheduled early-morning shift. Job Responsibilities Gather and prepare ingredients needed for daily production. Wash, cut, chop, and prepare fruits and vegetables. Portion, trim, slice, and prepare meats and other proteins. Perform high-volume food preparation and batch production. Prepare menu items according to recipes and production specifications. Maintain food quality and consistency while producing food in volume. Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation specifications. Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products. Safely and efficiently operate standard commercial kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist other kitchen stations and production areas as needed. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience working in a high-volume professional kitchen. Strong knife skills and solid food-preparation fundamentals. Catering, banquet, commissary, or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred. Ability to execute recipes and presentation specifications accurately with limited supervision. Strong understanding of food quality, food safety, sanitation, and consistency. Ability to organize and prioritize production in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Experience safely and efficiently operating standard commercial kitchen equipment. Reliable, punctual, positive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented. Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one as required.Compensation & Benefits:
