The Prep Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, following recipes, and assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and cooking.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Thrives in a fast-paced environment Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Prepare ingredients for use in cooking (chopping and slicing vegetables, butchering meat, etc.). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Ensure that food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Can lift up to 50 lbs Adapts quickly to a new environment Adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
