Qualified candidates will start from $22 to $25 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities are:

Preparing and portioning ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards. Chopping, cutting, slicing, and preparing vegetables, meats, sauces, and other ingredients. Keeping prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Properly labeling, dating, storing, and rotating food items. Following food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed. Assisting cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation. Minimizing food waste and maintaining ingredient quality. The applicant should have experience in cooking in a fine dining environment .
