Job Overview We're Hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Your culinary skills will contribute directly to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Execute food preparation tasks efficiently to ensure timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Follow safety standards in production, including proper food handling and knife skills Ensure all food products are stored correctly, rotated properly, and meet quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, especially in a kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety management and handling procedures Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation Skilled in knife techniques, slicing methods, and general food industry practices Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues
