What You'll Do (And Why It Matters) As a Pizza & Baking Specialist, you are the culinary heart of Sbarro, responsible for preparing and baking our iconic New York-style pizzas, handmade strombolis, and freshly baked breadsticks. We rely on your dedication to craft, consistency, and speed to deliver high-quality, delicious food that keeps our guests coming back. Master the
Oven & Baking Craft:
Expertly stretch dough, apply toppings, assemble strombolis, and bake breadsticks according to precise Sbarro recipes and standards. Manage oven temperatures, bake times, and rotation to ensure perfectly golden crusts and consistent quality during peak hours.Ensure Freshness & Quality Control:
Monitor display levels for pizzas, strombolis, and breadsticks, anticipating customer demand to keep the display full, hot, and visually appetizing while minimizing waste. Elevate theCustomer Experience:

Qualifications Ability to follow all health and safety laws, food handling policies, and sanitation procedures. Capability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of oven operations, food prep techniques, and baking procedures (previous pizza making or commercial baking experience preferred). Adequate command of the English language (understanding, speaking, reading, writing). Must be at least 16 years of age and possess all legally required documents/permits. Passion for high-quality food, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Pay:
