Requirement:

• Have good knife skills and experience in grill, sauté, bake and fry
• Have experience in Japanese food is a plus but not required
• Be able to work on holidays
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation and health Dept. regulation
• Have good communication, multitasking and organization skills.
• Have positive attitude, good team player, no drama, quick, clean and responsible
