Line Cook/Prep/Closer

B&C Teriyaki Monrovia3PM 7PMWe re hiring a reliable, fast kitchen closer for our afternoon shift.

This role includes line work, vegetable prep, and closing cleaning duties. You ll be working alongside one other team member, but there will be moments where you'll need to confidently handle tickets on your own in the kitchen.

This is not an entry-level kitchen position.

SchedulePart-time3:00 PM 7:00 PMClosing shiftOpportunity for more hours (lunch prep + closing) if performance and reliability are strongResponsibilitiesRunning the line during closing hoursHandling occasional small rushes (up to 5 orders at once)Vegetable prep and light batchingKeeping your station clean and organizedFull closing cleaning dutiesSome nights are slow. Some nights get sudden bursts.

You must be ready for both.
