Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities Manage cash register transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and food payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and cashier station in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience Experience Prior experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering or retail math to accurately process transactions and manage cash drawer operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry provides a solid foundation for success in this role Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your culinary talents and customer service skills come together!
