Michelin star rated Valle restaurant is hiring experienced line cooks. We offer competitive and flexible wages based on experience. Line cook levels can go up to a level 5 for most experience.
Our hourly rates for Valle culinary positions we are hiring for start at range from $21.50
- $26.00 / hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications
A line cookrequires good communication and culinary skills. Looking forprofessional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures who is capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Culinary Degree or related experience preferred.
4+ years of previous line experience in a full-service restaurant. Preferably Mexican fine dining.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must work well under pressure.
Must be able to take direction from leader on recipes and follow recipes.
Must have basic knife skills.
Must have attention to detail.
Must be available Tuesday-Saturday. Restaurant is open Tuesday
