Join our team as a Cook at Inn at the Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton! Step into the heart of our bustling kitchen, where every dish tells a story. We're on the hunt for a passionate Cook who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to craft exceptional meals that delight our guests. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences whether it be through our Cafe, Restaurant, Room Service, or vibrant events.

$19.50Your Role:
As a Cook, you will bring our menu to life, following standardized recipes to ensure each dish is as delicious as it is visually appealing. Your role goes beyond cooking; you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in our kitchen. With every meal you prepare, you'll be contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our hotel a favorite destination.Some of your responsibilities include:
Master our menu, understanding each item and its preparation to deliver consistent quality. Keep storage areas organized and clean, setting up stations before opening and maintaining them throughout your shift. Prepare dishes with precision, adhering to event specifications and hotel standards. Complete necessary food and station preparations. Follow the "Clean As You Go" policy, keeping your work area spotless and safe. Breakdown buffets and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period. Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and adhere to all safety procedures. Be proactive in managing food storage, rotation, and inventory. Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
Prior Cook or kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Unexpired Food Handlers Certification. Flexible availability.What We'll Do For You:
