Deeply Rooted Bistro is searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team! We are a brand-new bistro inside Old Stump Brewery in Pomona, and we specialize in crafting delicious, unique, comfort, bistro style food. If you have a passion for cooking and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from prepping, building, and baking, according to our recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently at your station during busy service hours.
• Ensure your workstation is clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with food prep and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, with a focus on pizza-making preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and a love for creating great food.
• A valid food handler's certification is a plus. Perks
