Line Cook

Primary Purpose:

Prepare menu items to spec on a high-volume line while maintaining speed and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Cook and assemble menu items to standardized recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain the service line during peak periods with speed and accuracy
• Monitor food quality and temperature, restock station supplies
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations per hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory tracking and food prep as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
• Strong sense of pace, organization, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic food safety; ServSafe or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay:

$18.00
