00 per hour Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to club standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with inventory, prep, and other kitchen duties as needed. Adapt to member preferences and special requests with professionalism and care. Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen; country club or fine dining experience preferred. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
