Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Assist with meal preparation for catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. A passion for culinary arts and creating high-quality dishes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
