Sauté/Grill Cook
•Evening & Brunch Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Cook for a local restaurant!
Schedule Wednesday-Saturday:
2:00 PM
•Close (approximately 9:00 PM)
Sunday:
7:00 AM
•approximately 3:00 PM Must be available to work the full schedule, including Sunday brunch. Job Duties Prepare and cook menu items using the sauté and grill stations Prepare eggs and other brunch items during Sunday brunch service Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized cooking station Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Assist with general kitchen duties as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or line-cook experience preferred Strong sauté and grill skills Comfortable preparing eggs and brunch dishes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual Ability to work the required Wednesday-Sunday schedule If you have strong sauté/grill experience and enjoy working in a busy kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!
