Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and seasonal specials to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools. Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly valued. Proven culinary experience with a focus on pizza or similar food preparation is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings demonstrates a commitment to quality service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of menu planning, catering, and food service operations is a plus.
