This position supports daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking assistance, cleaning, organization, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and preparing ingredients Follow recipes and instructions from cooks and kitchen supervisors Assist with cooking and food preparation during busy service hours Maintain clean and organized workstations Properly store, label, and handle food according to food safety standards Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas as needed Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies Work efficiently with other kitchen staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment Qualifications Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required Basic knife skills and food preparation experience Ability to follow instructions and recipes Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and punctual Able to work well as part of a team Flexible availability is preferred
