Restaurant Team Member (Cook / Cashier) Join the Wingstop Team! Our Wingstop franchise is hiring Restaurant Team Members for immediate openings. Team Members are cross-trained to work in both Front of House (Cashier) and Back of House (Cook) positions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and providing great guest service, we'd love to meet you. At Wingstop, you'll be part of a team that values outstanding service, teamwork, and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a welcoming attitude. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest. Acknowledge waiting guests promptly and let them know you'll be with them shortly. Listen carefully to guest needs and make recommendations when appropriate. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Prepare food according to Wingstop recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Support teammates and communicate effectively with management. Accept coaching and feedback with a positive attitude. Help create a positive experience for guests and fellow team members. Qualifications Must be able to work scheduled closing shifts and remain until all closing responsibilities are completed, which will be after 1:00 AM. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs. Basic math skills, including making accurate change. Able to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, motivated, and willing to take initiative. Works well as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties. Scheduling & Hours New Team Members are hired as part-time employees .
