Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Line Cook to help oversee daily kitchen operations and keep service running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the line, works well under pressure, and can provide leadership and direction to the kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the line during service and help ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time.
Set the pace and provide direction to line cooks and other kitchen staff.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with prep, stocking, organization, and inventory as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen management and front-of-house staff.
Help train new kitchen employees and reinforce proper procedures.
Identify and address issues during service to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation Details Compensation:
Hourly ($28.00 - $30.00)
