In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality thin crust pizzas as well as strombolis, garlic knots and cheesy bread. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety is essential to ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ingredient, veggie and dough prep Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed during food preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service in a high-energy environment Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing Requirements Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience making hand tossed thin crust pizza Skilled in food industry practices including knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant Excellent communication skills with a focus on serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
