We are seeking a versatile, experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen team. Responsibilities:

Execute all stations efficiently during high-volume service. Prepare and cook menu items to exact specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with prep, inventory, and station setup as needed. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in multiple stations (grill, sauté, etc.). Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy shifts with confidence. Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.
