Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head to lead and oversee all aspects of operations within our organization. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with a strong background in food service, culinary arts, and hospitality management. As the Head , you will be responsible for managing the entire department, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will inspire teams, uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. Duties Lead and supervise all activities, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards. Oversee menu planning and ensure alignment with culinary trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize resources and reduce waste. Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations across all operations. Supervise team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Coordinate banquet events, catering services, and special functions with precision and professionalism. Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring excellent serving experiences for guests at all times. Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of food handling, cooking, and presentation. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational success. Experience Proven experience in food service management within fine dining or upscale hospitality settings. Extensive banquet experience with a track record of successful event execution. Supervising experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Strong background in dietary department operations and food production processes. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food safety procedures. Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Knowledge of catering services, restaurant management practices, and menu planning. Familiarity with food industry regulations related to sanitation, safety standards, and food handling practices. Leadership skills that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of service excellence. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.
