We're known for our high-quality smash burgers and fast, friendly service in a busy, open-kitchen environment. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently on the grill, maintain a clean and organized station, and be a dependable part of our small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cook and prepare menu items according to standard recipes and procedures Operate the grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate clearly and work closely with team members Provide friendly and respectful service when interacting with guests

Requirements:

Previous experience as a grill cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen preferred but will train the right person with a great attitude Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety Weekend availability is required Opportunity to work on our food truck is available for those interested

11 AM•9 PM Shifts generally fall between 10 AM•9/10 PM Part-time hours
