Grimm Brothers Taproom is Loveland's oldest brewery, founded in 2010 and now located at the Forge Campus. Our beers are inspired by the tales of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm, and we bring that same creativity and craft into our kitchen. POSITION
LINE COOK The Line Cook prepares high‑quality dishes that follow Grimm Brothers recipes and standards. You'll handle prep, execute menu items, maintain a clean and organized station, and support dishwashing duties when needed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items following Grimm Brothers recipes and portion standards. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature of all dishes. Assist with prep work including chopping, slicing, portioning, and ingredient organization. Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment. Support dishwashing duties on nights when a dishwasher is not scheduled. Assist with packaging and preparation for wholesale orders as needed. Perform end‑of‑shift cleaning to ensure a ready‑to‑use kitchen for the next day including dishes. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred. Commercial baking experience a plus, or willingness to learn.
