The Enterprise bar and Grill is a small mountain bar located in Rico Colorado. The kitchen is a fast paced environment requiring focus, however, it'll be the most fun you'll have doing this gig. A $25 per week gas stipend is included for those who commute.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent service to our customers.

Duties:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Ensure food is stored and handled safely in accordance with food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Experience:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred

• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
• Familiarity with menu planning and catering is a plus
• Culinary training or certification is a bonus
