Job Overview As a member of our team you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals that meet our established standards for taste and presentation . The ideal candidate is passionate about food, possesses strong kitchen skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and modifications based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by following proper cleaning procedures for surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Handle food safely by adhering to food handling protocols, safety standards, and sanitation regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods. Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a fast paced restaurant. Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality food presentation. Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams. Follow all food safety sanitation and health departmen requirement.
