On the Rocks is part of a highly regarded event venue and private 18-hole golf course.
With a newly renovated dining room, a casual tavern, and a spacious outdoor patio, we are proud to deliver high-quality dining experiences to our members and guests by sourcing ingredients from local farmers and suppliers.
About the RoleLine cooks are the backbone of the kitchen.
You'll run a station on the cooking "line" - whether that's grilling, sautéing, frying, or plating - and make sure each dish is prepared consistently, safely, and on time.
The role includes both daily restaurant service and preparing food for larger catered events.
If you've worked as agrill cook, sauté cook, fry cook, station cook, or banquet cook, you likely have the skills to succeed here.
