Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Indian and Nepalese dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning to incorporate diverse regional flavors and seasonal ingredients Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, braising pots, poaching tools, and food processors Maintain strict food safety protocols by following sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and sanitation standards Support high-volume food production for catering events or restaurant service while maintaining quality and consistency Execute food preparation tasks such as grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques with precision Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and uphold excellent customer satisfaction Experience Proven experience in food industry settings with a focus on Indian or Nepalese cuisine or similar culinary environments Prior dietary aide experience or dietary department experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability in menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation in fast-paced settings Strong knowledge of food safety management practices including sanitizing procedures and safe food handling techniques Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, knives, and food processors Background in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with catering operations and large-scale food production processes Join us if you're eager to bring vibrant flavors to life while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
