Job Description

Job Overview Phantom Brewery is seeking reliable Line Cooks / Prep Cooks to join our culinary team! Candidates with any level of culinary experience are encouraged to apply. We provide flexible scheduling and paid training to suite the needs of our team. Come join us as we continuously develop our menu inspired seasonally and by the beer brewed on-site. Duties Prepare ingredients and components according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients with precision using proper knife skills and slicing techniques Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to uphold food safety standards and sanitation regulations Follow food handling procedures meticulously to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food production Support the culinary team during busy service hours by managing prep stations and assisting with plating as needed Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines, portion control, and presentation standards to deliver a consistent dining experience Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff through clear communication to ensure smooth operations from prep to service Experience Prior prep/line cook experience is desirable but not required. ServSafe certification / knowledge of safe food-handling practices Strong knife skills and proficiency operating standard kitchen equipment Organizational skills & attention to detail
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
