The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and cook items according to recipes and presentation standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep, portioning, and inventory as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred Ability to work in fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
