Experienced Breakfast Line Cook (High-Volume / Upscale Brunch)Job Description:
We are not a typical breakfast/Brunch café. We are a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale brunch kitchen seeking a skilled and experienced breakfast cook who can perform under pressure and execute consistently at a high level. This position is for someone who already knows breakfast, not someone learning it. You must be confident on a flat top and able to handle a busy service without falling behind.Requirements:
Proven experience as a breakfast line cook in a high-volume kitchen Strong flat top experience (eggs, pancakes, proteins, timing multiple tickets) Ability to execute French omelets properly (not scrambled eggs folded) Excellent timing, organization, and communication on the line Able to handle pressure during peak brunch hours Reliable, punctual, and professionalWhat You'll Be Doing:
Running a breakfast station independently Cooking eggs to order with precision (over easy, poached, omelets, etc.) Maintaining consistency and plating standards Working clean, fast, and organized during heavy rushesWhat This Job Is NOT:
