This position plays a vital role in preparing dishes and ensuring food quality. Must have breakfast experience and be available to work morning and afternoon hours including the weekends. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience cooking breakfast in a restaurant is required Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques are beneficial. Cooking to correct temperatures, poaching eggs, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
