Description Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of approximately 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking an associate for its New Haven, Connecticut, office to be part of the firm's Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials and Labor & Employment Practice Areas, with likely exposure to various other types of litigation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two to three years of litigation experience, which may include clerkship experience. Experience handling all aspects of a litigation file is preferred; experience with labor and employment legal issues will also be highly regarded. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Connecticut, and a dual bar in New York State or a willingness to seek admission to practice in New York is preferred. Candidates must have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies.
