Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Grill Hibachi Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for food preparation and presentation, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The successful Grill Cook will work closely with our owner and server to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook some menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Mainly work on Steak and some American style food dishes
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment such as dishwasher
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Grill cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
