If your only experience with food is being an uber eats, door dash driver, or sandwich artist, please do not apply. We are looking for a seasoned fry cook/line cook with a team work mentality. A motivated individual who can become an important part of the team and write specials for the station(s) you will be working. This is a high volume, fast paced restaurant, bar and banquet facility. Experience with banquets is a must.
Duties:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, including equipment and utensils
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Experience:
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
