Job Description

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Cook needed for a private boarding school. Here you will prepare high quality meals from scratch in large quantities, so someone who has previous experience in institutional food service would be ideal. A boarding school Cook prepares nutritious, large-scale meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for students and staff, ensuring high sanitation standards, inventory management, and dietary compliance. Key responsibilities include cooking from menus, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining food safety (HACCP). Schedule

•Thursday through Monday 11:30 am

•7:30 pm with 2 consecutive days off! What you'll get: Weekly pay.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
