Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our restaurant. We are a small mom-and-pop shop with a warm, friendly environment. This is not a fine-dining position — we need someone who knows how to make pizza, can work well in a busy kitchen, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is dependable, works clean, follows instructions, and takes pride in making consistent, good-quality food. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant standards Stretch dough, sauce pizzas, add toppings, and bake pizzas properly Follow recipes, portion sizes, and customer order instructions Keep the pizza area, kitchen equipment, and workstations clean and organized Assist with basic food prep and stocking as needed Work together with team members during busy hours Monitor ingredients and supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked Maintain a respectful, friendly, and team-focused work environment Make sure food is prepared quickly, cleanly, and consistently Requirements Pizza-making experience is required Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Must keep a clean and organized work area Basic food handling and kitchen cleanliness knowledge Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Join our team and become part of a warm, busy, family-style restaurant where teamwork, consistency, and good food matter
