This is a USDA facility that manufactures frozen pizzas. The pizza maker's responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients to be used as toppings. Ability to maintain a clean workstation. As a pizza maker, it is vital that kitchen operating procedures and safety protocol is properly followed. Hours/Compensation Schedule M-F some Saturdays required 630am-230-330pm Depending on season If training is required start 18.00 Experienced pizza makers: pay negotiable only based upon experience. As a Kitchen Prep/Pizza maker responsibilities include: Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats. Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and standards. Monitoring inventory. Cleaning workstations before and after pizza preparation. Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use. Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift. As a production packaging associate your day will include :
- Working with 2-3 individuals
- Monitoring pizza traveling through the production process
- Packaging finished goods into boxes
- Checking, verifying, packing and moving product
- Inspecting finished product and assuring quality
- Take stock of all packaging goods and informing facility manager in a timely manner
- Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility
