Line Cook

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, and appetizers Plating prepared foods based on chef's guidance Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time Cleaning work area kitchen and storing the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work weekends, evenings & holidays Previous kitchen experience required Punctual Energetic, motivated personality Must have stamina, must be able to stand for hours at a time Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation ServSafe Certification preferred This is a seasonal position that could lead to a year round position
