• We are looking for an experienced cook to join our family-owned breakfast and lunch restaurant. The Cook position at our establishment involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety standards.
• Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Assist in developing new menu items and specials
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure all food preparation meets regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the dietary department to meet special dietary needs
• Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Qualifications
• Proven experience working in a kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in catering or food service is a must
