We are seeking qualified Line Cooks who can adapt to a high volume / high rush scenarios. Experience required. This is an evenings and weekends (Monday-Sunday) position.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Uphold a high standard of food preparation and presentation. Operate all Kitchen Equipment including fryers, flat-top, convection ovens etc. Comfortable in a high speed - high rush - fast paced environment. Utilize knowledge of culinary techniques. Maintain a strong attention to detail. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Good communication skills with team members. Banquet and Catering experience are a plus. Follows specific food recipes and portion control Either has or is able to obtain
