We need qualified line cooks/cashiers who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 1 year of experience working in Japanese cuisine is required . The line cook assists/cashiers in the preparation and service of menu items and performs a number of kitchen activities including cooking, prepping, dish washing, general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. We are currently looking for candidates who can work in our Union market location. Must be able to work on Saturdays. Our employees are cross-trained to work both sides of the line. The kitchen is an open kitchen, so cleanliness and proper attitude is required Applicants who do not meet the above job description will not be considered. Please make a resume to chef Hiro.
