Job Description
Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club and The Landing Bar & Grille in Millsboro, DE is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Landing Bar & Grille. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$19.00- $20.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as neededQualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and strong work ethicWhat We Offer:
