Minimum of 2 years of Current Cooking Experience Required. Prep work, Knife Skills, Knowledge of Soups and Sauces and various cooking techniques are a must. An ability to work well Independently as well as part of a Team is critical. Proper food handling and knowledge of Sanitation Practices are required. Serv Safe certification is a plus. Applicants must have good organizational skills and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess good communication skills, professionalism and be reliable. Additionally, applicants must be physically able to lift 50 lbs. Must Be At Least 21 Years of Age.
