Responsibilities:

Create pizza following our unique company specs Memorize & prepare menu items, plate appearance, flavors and portions Operate standard kitchen equipment safely, efficiently and with care. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances Open/Close the restaurant responsibility as a key holder.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pizza making is a must. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques Strong attention to detail Servsafe Certification preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in teams Cash Handling experience required.
