Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an energetic Line Cook who can handle the heat of the kitchen and has a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for preparing consistent, delicious dishes while always maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation & Service:

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes following house recipes and presentation standards.

Station Management:

Keep your workstation (grill, sauté, fryer, etc.) clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Speed & Precision:

Meet ticket time goals, especially during peak service hours.

Food Safety:

Strictly follow hygiene regulations and product rotation protocols (FIFO).

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure a smooth service.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience as a Line Cook (1-2 years preferred).

Resilience:

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Solid knowledge of knife skills, cooking temperatures, and kitchen equipment.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Attitude:

Positive mindset and a desire to grow within the culinary field.
