Our Story... In 2018 two friends opened a small local sports bar in Sarasota's Gulf Gate neighborhood. They applied the knowledge they had gained working and managing in restaurants over the years and decided to develop their own concept. They decided that this concept would be different and the food had to be fresh & cutting edge. There had to be variety, not just fried food & cheap draft beer. ? We are a Florida style sports bar / hang out spot. We have over 25 flat screen TVs and show all major sporting events & ufc fights... but we're not your average sports bar. Our menu is diverse, and our food is made from scratch using fresh ingredients. We offer value driven daily specials, trivia on Wednesday nights, and a full brunch menu on the weekends (with bottomless mimosas on Sunday). Our atmosphere (vibe) is comfortable & fun and with a top-notch sound system playing songs you'll actually want to hear. What is really unique about

is that we are open until 2am and serve our full menu until close. That's right you can get a poke tuna bowl or some PB&J wings after midnight on a weekday. Late nights are very hospitality focused and bar driven which makes it a pretty fun spot to work. We own & operate 6 locations in Sarasota, Manatee, & Polk Counties and are looking for another talented individual to join our opening team for our new location opening in Bradenton soon.

Am/Pm Line Cook Am Prep Cook Am/Pm Dishwasher Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing delicious meals that meet our guests' expectations in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience in our restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety protocols while handling kitchen equipment and food products. Experience Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques. Knowledge of food preparation methods, culinary terminology, and kitchen equipment operation. Familiarity with casual dining standards and dietary department practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
