Line Cook/Prep Cook Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where quality and efficiency are prioritized. The successful applicant will have previous food service experience and a passion for creating delicious dishes that meet our high standards. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers Requirements Prior food service experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to sanitation standards Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately Strong cooking skills with attention to detail in presentation and quality control Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and contribute your culinary skills in a dynamic setting that values professionalism, safety, and exceptional service.
