Job Description
Shells Seafood Restaurant in Brandon is hiring a Cook to join our kitchen team! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in preparing great food. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Shells recipes and standards Work grill, sauté, fry, and other kitchen stations as assigned Prepare seafood, pasta, appetizers, sides, and other menu items Maintain proper food quality, portioning, and presentation Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep and kitchen closing duties Work together with the kitchen team during busy service periods What We're Looking For Restaurant kitchen or line-cook experience preferred Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to work well as part of a team Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness Available for evening and weekend shifts Positive attitude and willingness to learn
