Job Description

Line Cook - Full-Time Southern Hills Plantation Club | Brooksville, FL Southern Hills Plantation Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced club environment.
Compensation:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed Assist with food prep and kitchen set-up/breakdown Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate service
Qualifications:
Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
